Due to the desire for Paradise Gardens to remain in the honor of God's work through Howard Finster, Beverly Finster has donated and signed over the property of Paradise Gardens to a Christian affiliated non-profit organization. The property can never be sold and is out of her hands completely. Through years of prayer this is what the Lord showed her to do shortly after Howard's Birth date on December 2, 2004.

Pray and Believe that God has something wonderful going to take place here soon!

The Howard Finster Monument

The Howard Finster Monument was unveiled at the Howard Finster Memorial service on Sunday, December 2, 2001. It would have been Howard Finster's 85th birthday. The monument sits underneath the Chapel dome. It is a black marble etching designed by Carl McKlesky in 1991. Carl is a local resident of Summerville, Georgia,  near Paradise Gardens.  The Marble pieces were attached to the rock like monument to preserve the etching and in honor of a treasured, world re-known, folk artist.
Dec. 2, 1916 - Oct. 22, 2001.
